# Human Lab structural brain atlas

`human-brain-structural-v1.glb` is a browser-ready, bodyless teaching atlas
derived from the pinned Z-Anatomy Blender source. Eleven coarse regions remain
separate meshes so Human Lab can highlight, isolate, and select them without
presenting a merged nervous-system shell as region-aware anatomy.

## Semantic boundary

The GLB is structural geometry only. Human Lab lesson pathways, receptor
descriptions, neurotransmitter-system routes, and the compact EM torus are
pedagogical overlays. The torus does not claim that MEG measures one stable
toroidal field around the brain.

The reproducible exporter is `scripts/prepare_human_brain_asset.py`.
