Understand together
Read the Map alongside lived experience: what repeats, what the protective pattern tries to prevent, and what needs to change.
×Individual sessions and personal practice
Activate inner resonance to work with the self, mind, and body.
Grounded in neuroscience and quantum physics
Read the Map alongside lived experience: what repeats, what the protective pattern tries to prevent, and what needs to change.
Create a personal prescription of remembrance, attention, and action, using words and situations drawn from the conversation.
Return to what actually happened in practice and daily life, then refine the next step.
The first session
Complete the scan in the app before the meeting. The first session lasts 90 to 120 minutes and brings the Map into conversation with what feels accurate, surprising, or incomplete.
Begin with what matters now and what brought the person to the session.
Explore recurring protective patterns and their effect on work, relationships, and rest.
Identify three changes wanted in life, in the self, or in the impact of those patterns.
Name four branches and the first leaves from real life, then agree on a suitable practice time.
Name recurring inner statements in the person's own words, especially those shaping the relationship with God.
Prepare morning and night rhythms and at least one Battle, with Pathways, Cloud, or other practices selected where useful.
The Tree and Signal Check are built during the meeting and opened together in the app. The remaining prescription is prepared during or directly after the call. Words, invocations, and timings are reviewed before the practices reach the daily plan.
Seven practice types
The prescription always includes the Tree, Signal Check, Morning Alignment, Nightly Relief, and at least one Battle. Pathways and additional practices are selected for the work at hand.
Between meetings
The app holds the prepared practices and their agreed timings in the daily plan. Morning and night have their own personal rhythms. The Tree, Signal Check, Battle, and selected additional practices meet the situations being worked on. Timings and choices are reviewed as the experience develops.
How progress is reviewed
The conversation considers what each practice actually records, how practice felt, and what changed outside the app. Targets and timings come from the personal prescription.
Review the available activity for each ritual and the agreed practice plan, alongside what made it possible or difficult.
Look for a pause before reacting, a step taken instead of postponed, or greater ease in work, relationships, and rest.
Notice whether a different response can return when the pattern reappears, and what words, timings, or practices need to change.
A month is the follow-up container. Each phase takes the practice, real-world effect, and stability it needs; a follow-up date does not automatically advance it.
The second session and follow-ups
The meeting is a flexible conversation about the experience, with room for whatever has become most pressing.
Review the recorded activity and how the experience felt.
Notice even small changes and what helped them happen.
Explore resistance, emotions, and the circumstances around them.
Review preferences and deliberate changes to the prescription.
Make room for current situations, questions, and new insights.
Author any needed personal words together, then review the revised practices before they reach the app.
The monthly program
One session lasting 90 to 120 minutes.
Personalized weekly app practices within the current phase.
Two follow-up meetings of 30 minutes each.
Clear understanding, personal practice, and room to return to what changes.
